このワークショップの⽬的はアートにおける⾃分⾃⾝の新しい表現⽅法を⾒つ けるために、⾃⼰の開放性、感受性、技術を⾼めることです。そのため、芸術表 現の基本となる様々な側⾯を探求します。

ドイツ、⽇本、台湾、中国で活躍する、 アーティスト、詩⼈であるツーゼマイヤーがそれぞれのトピックについて⻄洋 絵画・彫刻を例に具体的に説明を⾏い、それに触発されて、鉛筆、⽊炭、クレヨ ン、⽔彩、グワッシュ、コラージュなどで作品を創作します。コースの最後に展覧会で参加者の皆さんが発表する機会があります。 

内容：

第1回 10⽉17⽇  ドローイング：鉛筆と⽊炭を⽤いて、柔軟で、感 性、⾃由のある線を描く

第2回 10⽉31⽇ 形：静物に個⼈的感情を持って接し、物語を語る

第3回 11⽉14⽇ ⾊ I：単⾊の感性、コントラストの特徴、ことな った調和を学ぶ

第4回 11⽉28⽇ ⼈体：モデルを⽤いた、空間における⼈

第5回 12⽉12⽇ ⾵景I：ことなった⾵景の特徴と⾳とリズム

第6回 12⽉26⽇ 内部：建築空間の内部を理解する

第7回 1⽉9⽇ ⾵景II：⾵景の多様な描写と物語

第8回 1⽉23⽇ 材料：異なった材料を使い、コラージュを作成 

第9回 2⽉6⽇ 光 I：異なった光、⾃然・⼈⼯光、光と⾊の繋がり

第10回 2⽉20⽇ ⼈間の顔：⾃画像、⼈物画へのいくつかの接近 

第 11 回 3 ⽉ 6 ⽇ 光と陰：奥⾏きのある空間、コントラスト、ダイ ナミック

第12回 3⽉27⽇ ⾊ II：⾃⼰の好みを超え、⾊への感性を開放する

第13回 4⽉10⽇ 抽象I：リズム、コントラスト、バランスへの感性 を⾼め、抽象の実験

第14回 4⽉24⽇ 想像：奥⾏きのセンスを意図的に拡張

第 15 回 5 ⽉ 8 ⽇ ⾃然：⾃然物を集めて⼈⼯物と対⽐させて違いを体 験

第16回 5⽉15⽇ 抽象II：純粋な形と⾊の質を理解、⾳楽のもとで作 品を作る

第17回 6⽉5⽇ 展覧会の準備、選択、テーマ、配置

第18回 6⽉12⽇ 展覧会の展⽰

18 Sessions

The goal of this advanced workshop will be to expand our openness and sensitivity and technical skills in order to find new personal ways of expression in the arts. The Course is a journey through different fundamental aspects of artistic expressions. In the beginning of each session I will introduce the topic of the day with examples of Western painting and sculpture. Inspired through the works and with guided experiences, the participants can find their individual, fresh and unexpected ways of creativity. At the end of this course the participants will have the chance to show their artworks in a public exhibition.

Program: 

1) 19th October:  Introduction and Drawing I  Using pencil and charcoal, exercising flexibility, sensitivity and freedom of line.

2) 31st October:  Shape  Drawing still life, connecting objective form with personal feeling, telling a story. 

3) 14th November:  Color I  Sensitivity for single colors, the impact of contrast, learning how to create different color harmonies

4) 28th November:  Human Figure  Using a living model, the human figure, the relation of human figure in space

5) 12th December:  Landscape I  Exploring the rhythm and musicality of different landscapes, finding the sound

6) 26th December:  Interior  Understanding the inner architecture of space with different exercises

7) 9th January: Landscape II  The descriptive and diverse forms of landscape, the “story” of a landscape 

8) 23rd January:  Material  Exploring the possibilities of combining different materials through collage

9) 6th February:  Light   Studying the different expressions of light, the connection of light and color, natural light and artificial light

10)  20th February  The human face: Several approaches towards portrait and self-portrait 

11)  6th March  Light and shadow: Creating pictorial space by using light and shadow, dynamics and contrast 

12)  27th March  Color II: Expanding sensitivity and openness in using colors, overcoming personal taste 

13)  10th April  Abstraction I: Experimenting in creating abstract pictures, raising sensitivity for pure rhythm, contrast and balance

14)  24th April  Light II: Exploring the diversities of natural light, working outdoors

15)  8th May  Nature: Collecting natural objects outdoors, experiencing the specifics of artificial and natural objects

16)  15th May  Abstraction II: Abstract painting. Understanding the quality of pure form and color. Painting with music

17) and 18)  5th and 12th June  Preparation for the final exhibition  learning how to develop a topic, how to choose, how to build up an exhibition 

Time: 11 AM-3PM Saturdays at Tokyo Tech Front 3F  (one minute from Ookayama station)

Participation fee:  80,000 yen

Maximum number of participants: 8 persons
